Immersive DAW (test company, example details) (Teststraat 1, 1011 AB Amsterdam, Netherlands (example address), NL) runs this website and decides what happens with your details.

What we keep and why

When you fill in a form we keep your name, your email and what you wrote, to answer you and to give you what you asked for (a place, a course, a reply). When you buy, the payment is handled by Stripe; we keep what you bought and when. We keep your details while we work together and up to two years after, unless the law asks us to keep them longer (invoices: seven years).

If you take a free download, you sign in with your email: we keep that you took it and when, to give it to you, and you are not added to any mailing list.

No tracking

This website sets no tracking cookies and counts visits without knowing who you are. If you sign in as a member, one cookie keeps you signed in on this website only.

Who helps us

Company of One (our website and office), Cloudflare (the website and the check that you are a person), Stripe (payments) and our email service. Each works only on our instructions.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or remove your details, take a copy, or object, by emailing companyofoneeu@gmail.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
